I Entered the store and was immediately greeted by Mr Phillip. I went in looking for a very specific chain. Mr. Ijaz was able to find the exact chain at the exact length and width I had requested in a matter of seconds. He quoted me a perfect price and also provided me great financing options. I am re-posting my review, after placing an order on 2/11/2025 via Instagram, I received an empty box upon receiving my order. I kept calling and getting a runaround it took me a month to finally be able to speak with Wally and helped me submit a claim on 3/13/2025 with the agreement that I would remove my negative review - which I did. He told me he would get back to me with an update - he never did. I messaged him on 6/17/25 and 7/18/25 asking for an update with no reply.
