I’ve been hesitant to write this review because I’ve had good experiences with this jewelry store in the past, but unfortunately, this last visit left me really disappointed. My husband and I brought in three rings — two to be sized up and one to have the back of the band repaired. The young man who originally helped us was kind and gave us a price, explaining that if we sold them some gold, it would cover the cost of all three repairs.
