I am so beyond upset that I am in tears. I chose this place because it was the closest to my work that had 5 stars. Now I wish I would have chose somewhere else. The FIRST TIME I dropped off my wedding ring to get sized up (only thing I asked for) I got a call TELLING me that they will be replacing 2 cracked diamonds as well and I said ok because why not.
