I was a few minutes late and my appointment was no-showed as I was parking. Upon entering I was told that there was a 15 minute grace period of which I was still within the allotted time. The receptionist told me they’d already taken another person and and I’d have to wait 2 hours. I asked if she would speak with the person that was to assist me explaining that I was not granted the grads period, she refused and kept insisting that I reschedule or wait 2 hours. My appointment was at 1 And I am still Here waiting at 3. I was Just given a room about 10 minutes ago. This is extremely unprofessional. I’m at the location east of Jeffery in Chicago I hope the Pulaski location isn’t that bad. If i waited two hours for a 10 minute appointment I’m going to be pissed. How are you TWO HOURS LATE !
