CHINESE LOW QUALITY TAILLIGHTS MISLEADING AND DISHONEST!!! Stay Clear from Illumo!!! They will sell defective parts and then try lure you into stating that despite product been defective, they are not liable for the repair. Do yourself and steer clear from this company. You are better off buying from Aliexpress, it is the same product anyway and at least with Aliexpress your warranty will be honoured. Will be notifying ACCC about this company. Their return policy does not comply with Australian Consumer Law

LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS, don't be fooled by their 5 star reviews, they are all fake. Check the 1 star reviews and you will see that their customer support is absolutely terrible. No accountability for their faulty products will then try blame you for the product failure.
Installs Faulty Products Then Charges You $200/hr to Fix Their Own Fault AVOID ILLUMO AT ALL COST!! They installed RGB DRL modules on my car that don’t work properly and trigger errors on the dash. After contacting them, they acknowledged the module likely has a faulty CANBUS chip. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff at IilumoLab - I used them to order and fit a front spoiler for my Skoda Kodiaq. They were very professional and fastidious with my car and I used them based on other Positive Google reviews, even though I had to drive an hour to get to them. I can highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again for further work on my vehicle. 10/10.
I bought RGB DRL modules for my BMW M340i LCI from iilumo and got them installed by a reputable automotive shop, and it worked initially. About a month later the car started showing lighting system/headlight errors on startup and it disabled auto high beams. iilumo agreed the module is likely faulty and offered a replacement part, but refused to cover any labour to remove/reinstall the replacement.
