My experience at the Monterey location was absolutely amazing! The piercer Kory was very knowledgeable, walked me through the process of what he is doing and ensured I was pleased before walking out. I had plenty of question ad he answered EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. They also cleaned immaculately between customers. Customer service 10/10 will be going back for future piercings!
