I saw her today, I scheduled an appointment at 8am I was there 7:45am nurse was very nice and I explained my pain I was having and she informed me I was getting a Pap test done so she was going to write down on my chart the pain so we can go over that when the dr sees me. This doctor ignored my pain and did not even order a xray or other testing when I saw her. She seemed like she was too busy to listen to my concerns. After my visit I immediately chose another provider and got the care I needed. I think she is very biased and just an fyi I'm not white. She knows what group of people she's biased against. I do not suggest her at all.
I will only go to Mercedes Greenway. Best customer service, my sales advisor was Mohammed. He was so patient, understanding, explained everything very well and detailed. Took his time to hear me out and my needs for a vehicle. I will only go to Mohammed and I will recommend all my friends and family to him. He’s a hard worker and has earned my business.
