He is not a very good inspector! He “supposedly” did an inspection on my house and tried to claim that the roof and decking was bad. However, two different roofers came out non bias to me and inspected the roof. It’s still 11 years later in great shape!! He conveniently “marked “down the price of the house for his convenience.
