I've found the only pancake House to get cold cakes and hot attitudes. I need to speak a second language to order.When the food was wrong I was made to feel like I ordered wrong.Just take you a pen and paper if you go there.Draw a picture of what you want since pointing at menu didn't get me my meal correctly. Shame because I can remember when there was always a wait to get into the restaurant. Now I never see cars there.The owners should stop and see what is happening.
I always love going to this particular IHOP. Everyone is very friendly and food seems better here that at the other area IHOPs. Food is always hot when brought to the table and the servers are super nice, well maybe not all, but most. This is my favorite IHOP in the B'ham area. LOVE IT!
