A little pricey for what it is, but in all good hot food. The waitress ran my card to pay and made some sort of error. Told me it was okay and we could leave. Checked my bank statement this morning, and there are two $29 charges pending. Called my bank - they suggested I contact IHOP. Called IHOP and got a huge run around and have to wait another day (and hope the charges don't clear) and speak with the manager tomorrow morning. :( Will not use a card again. Cash only.

I am a member of the Hiram High School Band of Gold. After our competition on the 20th, some members of the band decided to go to Ihop to eat. After being seated, the staff refused to serve us and accused the Band of Gold of stealing over $200 in food (unpaid tabs) a month and a half ago after a football game. After talking to the manager the story changed from $200 to $400 in unpaid tabs. They also said that they had contacted the police and the school about the matter. Go to the other one! This one is awful! – Oh, and they're almost entirely staffed by convicts on the prison work release program. No joke. If your server appears intoxicated, it's likely that he is. The kitchen staff is a damn joke. This is all new, didn't used to be this way.

Ceres Ihop Owner Jim is horrible – The owner Jim was horrible!! Yelling at my 2yr old nephew with an angry, hateful voice in front of all the guest..it was wrong and unprofessional. My sister had to leave because she was very uncomfortable.. Jim should not run a business with that additude exspecailly dealing with customers.. I truely wish something can be done about this, it was bad! One thing is posting it and the other eperiencing it..

It was nice – First time there and the service was excellent, but the food was okay. I wish this was a rating on the service because it was flawless. Just wish I enjoy the food as much as I did the service. Toast was almost like a rubbery texture. Love IHop still and willing to go back. Maybe I should try something else in the menu :)

THIS Ihop should not be open – ...I walked in, sat down, glanced at the overtly dirty coffee pot sitting on the table in front of me and informed the waitress, so she carted it off appropriately fast. She then came back and took my order...all was bliss, until I, being the Boy Scout I once wanted to be, opened up my silverware loaded napkin in preparedness of my early morning gastronomical feast, only to find my spoon encrusted with a nice wallop of a mystery sauce from the past. Disaster Waiting – I have heard so many complaints of service and food quality that I will Not go here. There were the women from work who stopped in at 3am after a night out and waited 1 hour for their food-that is not the time to be kept waiting. I have a friend and her date who stopped in at 10pm for a late dinner and his burger bun was stale, his salad was brown and the list went on and on.
