We were so excited that IHOP came to Laurel but so let down by the untrained staff and their I don't care attitudes. We have visited five times and the long wait for food has been unacceptable each time. Most of the people in our community are complaining. I NEVER send reviews but I felt I must in this case. I hope the can turn this store around. PS: There was no number posted in the store to file a complaint.
