Use to love coming to this location but TODAY CHANGED MY MIND. Service was very slow manager said she and one server was the only ones at work. How so?? Waited for about 30 minutes for a simple meal with two children food came out partial warm and my food had some black stringy particles in it when I brought it to the managers attention she said IT PROBABLY COMES FROM THE SYRUP SITTING UP HOW DO YOU TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT. My husband and I eat at this I hop several times a week. Always to go today we called and placed our normal order with someone different than we normally do. I asked to substitute my pancakes for stuffed French toast. I got pancakes and a whole order of French toast. Asked for no onions in One order and no mushrooms in the other.
