Great service, until I payed my bill – I went with a group to this Ihop in Garner. The food was great, the service was great. My waitress always had my cup filled and brought everything out extremely quickly despite the size of our group. My only problem is that because of miscommunication my waitress had put down that I ordered my pancakes as a meal instead of a side. Not a Good Experience – This restaurant was dirty and the service was exceptionally slow. It took 45 minutes to get a cheeseburger, and that was only after I inquired about it twice. There is trash in the flower beds and the table was sticky. Would it kill them to pick up trash in the area around their restaurant?

Good food, decent prices – Well, it's an IHOP... Like their chicken fajita omlette. Their chocolate pancake combo (can substitute bacon with turkey bacon) is even better (it comes with tasty hashbrowns) Also, they honor Passport corporate discount.

Not What it Use to Be! – I really was disappointed this afternoon, by not only the staff but the food as well. I use to come to this place every week with my family but after today I will never be back again. The waitor was rude, seemed like he was in a hurry, and not very nice...considering there was like 2 other families in the place I figured we would get a little more attention-quite opposite. I can really appreciate good customer service! One morning I went to this location for breakfast and initially the waitress did not want to honor my coupon untill I decided to leave. I like to eat and she really made my day!

Delicious, but watch out for high fat! – Whole grain buckwheat pancakes are our favorite, but have been rated by Eat This not that, as highest fat healthiest pancakes in the country! Be careful! Ask for nutritional information before ballooning with high fat dishes! We will not eat here again.

This Place Is Run Like a Circus – If the food wasn't as tasty as it is, I would have only given this place 1 star. The menu is very large, full of endless breakfast, lunch and dinner possibilities and the food is usually very good here. The coffee however is bitter and not drinkable - EVER! The problem however lies in how this place is run and everytime you go in the tables are filthy! And they will not accomodate you no matter what. IHOP Sanitation – One of the main problems that any restaurant has is bad habits of the emeployees. IHOP is no exception. Even with one of the highest food safety standards in the industry, you will still have issues with poor sanitation, cross-contamination, and unsafe food preperation if you dont have managers willing to enforce the standard.
