We are visiting from out of town and have had horrible service in Hoover. It took 20 minutes for our drink orders and over an hour for our food. I ordered a hamburger. The waitress, Rada, asked if I wanted cheese and I said no. It was brought with cheese and it took another 30 minutes to get a new one. Took almost 2 hours to eat at IHOP. I feel bad because the waitress was nice but just not good at her job. The manager was notified and should have stepped in to help her.
