Food was great. Service was slow.
We were served by Nicole who gave us a warm welcome. What a warm person she is. The food was great as well.
Absolutely terrible, they get you right in, then 15 mins later someone comes and gives you a list of everything they dont have! At 10 am and theyre out of creamer, caramel, salsa, French fries and several other items? Unbelievable. Altogether what we did order took well over an hr to get then get a gratuity added in automatically?? The place outside hasn't been maintained in months, service is horrible and then no option to leave the gratuity thats actually deserved! Will never go to this location again!
The IHOP on Lincoln Highway in Lancaster, PA, is seriously mismanaged\. We experienced a long and unnecessary wait while at least five tables sat empty and uncleared\. The hostess was nowhere to be found and did not appear until roughly ten minutes after we walked in\. To make matters worse, the manager was not on the premises\.
