So me and my uncle was going to the Belton IHOP to eat I got country fried steak and eggs and he got some avocado ranch hamburger. Our food came out came out with pancakes which I was really confused cause I didn’t order pancakes so I asked my server I said what are those and he said their pancakes they come with it and I said oh I’m so sorry I can I get something different. Nice place to stop if you don't want something big or fast food again
Very clean, good food, courteous people.
Not open 24/7 like they advertise. Went there at 10pm on a Friday night and they had all their lights off and nobody home.
Literally all of my food was burnt or very overcooked, had three dishes. Service was terrible, had to ask for refills and our waitress was in the back laughing so loud with the other staff you could hear it before you opened the entrance. We could barely have a conversation without being interrupted by laughter. Very unprofessional and rude especially with how much you pay to eat here. Went through the ihop website to file a complaint and they never got back to me. I’d suggest you go to a mom and pop dinner instead of ihop.
