Yeah so my family member took her kids to the belton location today for lunch. They sat for 20 minutes and were completely ignored. She notice THREE EMPLOYEES leaning and look down at their phones. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Don't hire ppl who don't want to work. I remember a time when CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANT SOMETHING EVERYWHERE YOU WENT!! This is what happens when you hire kids and other lazy adults. I grew up going to IHOP before it was IHOP!! Went to IHOP on June 6th at 11:20pm door was locked lights off and no cars in the parking lot pretty sure they closed at 12 which they do
