The entire restaurant was dirty. They only cleaned our table because we arrived but still left everything else uncleaned. Also, the restaurant was empty, just me and 3 other people, but the service took longer than it should have. It took them 6 minutes to bring me a water, and after that we just left after 12 minutes because no one came to take our order. Best part of the restaurant was how clean the bathrooms were.
On August 15, 2025 afternoon Myself and my mother went to IHOP for 🥞 Breakfast . As this was a second 🥈 visit to the location. The Staff is absolutely amazing 🤩 as well as 🤗 welcoming completed with the Customer Service introduction as you are being hosted to your seat 🪑🪑. I ordered the Sirloin Steak 🥩 Tipsz this came with 🥞 🥞 which followed with a Delicious 🤤 Watermelonlonade Blast Drink. When we arrived we had to wait 10 minutes for a table.Once we got sat down we had waited for 30 minutes and nobody took our order at all.we noticed people getting served even when were there before them.so we just got up and left
Went with my partner for breakfast. Waited 20 Minutes for seating and another 25 minutes waiting for someone to even take our order or offer up some water/drinks. We eventually left after noticing others that were seated while we waited for our order to be taken and get their food and drinks already. Stop wasting people’s time. Horrible service.
