Only a 15 min wait. The waitress forgot about my family and had to ask us if she got our order. Upon receiving food some of it was cold. Waitress did not stop by our table for drink refills or to see how everything tasted. Had to ask another employee to get a manager as we were sitting there for 15 min after others finished their food. Manager did take 1 meal off the bill as it didn't get eaten.Â
We get sat at a table, she takes our drink order, we get drinks. We order mozzarella sticks, we were brought an appetizer sampler. We tell them it isnt what we ordered and they take it away and take another 10 minutes to bring out the mozzarella sticks. They didnt bring small share plates with the appetizer or the ranch which we asked for. We are brought our food, they are missing an order of hashbrowns, we had no silverware.
