Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. The waitress was awesome and kept up on our coffee. The shrimp was cooked at just the right tenderness, not overcooked and not undercooked.
Naomi was the BEST SERVER OH MY GOSH. We had a party of 20, seated at a few different tables, and we all ordered so much food on separate checks, drinks, etc. she handled it so amazingly with so much patience and was so attentive and lovely. She had such a positive disposition, there were so many food runs. I am like not the hugest fan of ihop, but I would come back just for the service. There were even some like weird check difficulties that she handled so great. So overall 11/10 she was amazing.
BRR. Use a thermostat and maintain a consistent reasonable temperature. Dont turn it off. It doesn't save you money to shut off a thermostat. It can also be miserably cold in here. You can't make the whole diner your cooler. You'll make sick people cough and spread germs. Eek. BRR. Seriously.
Shrinkflation has hit IHOP. For a pancake house, my pancakes were small, overcooked, and chewy. The sausage links are getting smaller and smaller. The server was great.
Pretty crowded for brunch but the staff was nice and took care of us.
