I usually only get to go orders from this location twice a year, for my birthday and my mom's. They give you 5 pancoins to redeem for a stack of 5 pancakes. At first, it was difficult to figure out how to do it! After you figure it out, then it is easier to do each time. The past 2 years, though, we did not get our pancoins!! We both had to email support about it but they did manually add them later. They claimed our birthdays weren't showing up on their end, yet it was listed on both of our accounts since signing up. Alaina cooked amazingly and Robbie was an excellent server. Paula was friendly and fun. Best time we've had at IHOP.
Erica was outstanding. Great service and food.
