Getting worst by the visit, lack of staff, waited 45min for food to be served
IHOP Food is usually good but this location has some issues. Pancakes were horrible.. over cooked, dry, thin and crunchy not thick and fluffy. Waffle was overcooked dry and burnt on one side. Place was practically empty but took 20 minutes to be seated. An hour to eat and the food sucked. My children didn't want to eat. Waste of money. Never again. Dam shame IHOP. NEVER AGAIN!!
There was a lady today in the morning that she made your morning really good by being polite and friendly and always asking you if we were doing great or if we need anything else.
