Our waiter left before we ever got our food. We order then sat and waited for quite a long time before finally leaving. As we drove off, our waiter was on the curb on his phone. We decided to go to Hardee's afterwards and the staff were awesome and made our mood infinitely better. (This was a little bit ago, not recent but relevant.) Edit: I also acknowledge that this wasn't anyone else's fault but the waiter's, this was just my experience. I hope this helps!
The food was great and our server Debra was wonderful. She was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely terrific experience!!
Our server Nikkie was very nice and understanding and made sure we had the best deals and meal possible. We even got to keep extra pancakes that were made on accident. The pancakes were very hot, fresh - made, and presentable.
The only thing they got wrong was bringin us TOO MUCH food, and they were super apologetic! Super fast service, wonderfully nice, and truly made me feel special. Coning here EVERY weekedn now!
Deborah was very kind and helpful when I started choking today and she's very friendly when she's taking our order and understands exactly what I want to eat, I would always ask for her if I was able to work.
