IHOP in Apex is always extremely busy, especially on weekend mornings, and unfortunately, our visit was more frustrating than enjoyable. From the start, we found ourselves waiting—for a seat, then again to place our order, and finally what felt like an eternity for the food to arrive. The parking lot being full should have been a sign of the wait ahead. Our server wasn’t very attentive and made multiple mistakes. Worst service ever!!!!!! Will never go to this ihop ever in my life didn’t even get to eat my food i had to ask for a manger after I waited 45 min seeing everyone who came after me get there food and eat and when l my food finally came out it was cold like it was sitting there didn’t get an apology from the manger or waiter they did offer to re make the food but at this point my appetite was gone!!!!!!!
This place is comical. Everyone is bad . from the moment I walked in I got treated bad, no one attended to my needs and it was unsanitary. One cook. And another person training. I have been in many times and it’s not even worth a 1 star review, an employee named “Brooke” yelled “Oh hell no!” when we walked in. Also Mar is a bad employee and cannot get off her phone. We as guests just want basic service and respect!!!!!
