IHOP Corporation is overcharging on small items ,such as steak tips small portions for 17.00 or more is too high for that meal, for a full steak dinner that is fine. But for tips that’s too high , When you over charge on the menu, the customer likely feel some type of the way! So the Manager need to pay the tip to the waitress.
