Our experience at this location was great! Our waitress Keyla was attentive and friendly. She checked on us throughout our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated how welcoming she was and we will definitely be coming back again.
It was okay there was a worker mopping the floor as they were serving our food,
Was so disappointed definitely not like the other ihops I have been to the wait times were outrageous not to mention the service the waitress had her head in the clouds my granddaughter ordered hot chocolate so when they finally brought out our drinks which took forever she forgot my granddaughters drink so I ask about it and was told oh they are working on it she was half done with her food before it finally came I had ordered toast with my breakfast even specified wheat toast never got it and did tell the girls up front th... read more
