Food is average as you would expect from any I Hope. Service is not terrible it’s just slow, you can tell there is no sense of urgency. One down side I noticed about this location is that it is very hot inside. It is not a good environment to be enjoying a coffee for breakfast. Manager needs to stay out of the office when busy and pay attention to customer needs.
This was my first time here with me and my wife and 2 boys. There was not much customers when we got there so I didn’t expect it to be busy or chaotic with 8 waitress to keep the floor smooth. We asked for a high chair and never received it, I went and got it on my own. We waited 20 mins before they asked us for our entree and water, 4 larger groups came in and was helped right away, it was 45 minutes before we got our water and then another 15 before we got our food. We were seated promptly and taken care of! Our server was nice and our food was good! Would definitely come back again!
