There was a long queue on a holiday, and it seemed like the restaurant wasn’t prepared for the crowd. We waited for a while but decided to leave since no one was managing or assisting the guests waiting in line. It would be better if they had someone organizing the waitlist and updating customers about the status of their tables.
Longest wait ever and mind you on Thursday late morning. I was advised about this but wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. They were not wrong.
33 minutes before being acknowledged. Another 30 minutes before I received my breakfast. Last time to IHOP. Waitresses are limited. Most of all $2.00 an hour is not enough.
