This IHOP finds its home in a store front instead of being a stand-alone building. The dining room is small but it doesn't really feel that way. We usually come early on Saturdays and have never had a problem getting seating. This trip my family took advantage of a coupon and went out to eat. We were seated as requested and got the highchair set within the table (I don't like when you put the highchair on the end of a table where servers are usually working and people are walking). my experience at IHOP was excellent, my server was kierstyn and she was amazing, very polite, patience and fast. i could tell she had experience. great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee.
