Omelets and Hash browns are always great.
Not one to usually do a bad review, but I feel like this needs to be addressed. This morning my fiancé and I went to IHOP in Prattville. We sat down at our table, ordered drinks and looking over the menu. As I was drinking my coffee, which tasted like water with ash in it, I see something move on the little coffee pot on our table. This is the worst IHOP on earth..it's so deserving of it's 3.5 stars at Google. The 2 up Birmingham way are well run in Pelham and Hoover Alabama. It's hard to grasp the reasoning why this location can't improve to at least a 4 or higher. You'd have to figure it's a combination of poor management and/or poor employees?
