Terrible service finally just left and hit a drive thru after an hour waiting on a hamburger
I went to Ihop on 1-20-15 and was very disappointed. Not only did it take forever to get food from the kitchen but the waitstaff was terrible. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived and it took forever to get water when we finally got it i had to ask for refills then i had to ask again. But thats not the worst of it i needed a gallon of water to wash down the over salted over cooked steak and raw broccoli . needless to say i wont be going back.
This particular IHOP doesn't even deserve the one star I gave. I have been to this one before and thought maybe it was a fluke but since visiting on two more occasions, I have come to realize that the customer service is absolutely horrible. Whenever I go there, I have to sit myself, there's always just one cook which means you wait for about 30-45 min for food, if there are busy. I recommend going to the Huddle House in this location.
Our family of 4 ate here for breakfast. I sent my food back, but it didnt get better. Will not stop here again!
