This place is consistently a mess. Whether it’s pickup or dine-in, the wait times are always excessive. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, assuming it was just a bad day—but it’s like this every single time. Management clearly isn’t addressing it, which says a lot.
This is a "better late than never" review. Myself & the missus stopped in on Tuesday, July 15th @ 4:45pm per the receipt, and we were dining in for dinner that day. Our server was Ellie, and we were both delighted by her ... I think the term is "southern charm". Anyway, she was as about as outgoing as outgoing gets. Showing herself to be ultra friendly and polite, she was observant, attentive, and totally on her A game as well.
