I ordered a steak & egg breakfast. The steak was and I'm not exaggerating 1/8" thick served by a very kind waitress. I did not want to offend her. I gracefully left never to return.

Sat at our table for almost an hour after our order was taken. Some tables that came in afterwards got their food. Flagged down our waitress and asked where our food was. She came back about 10 minutes later and said there was an issue with the printer and our order never went through. Took our order again. It came out about 15 minutes later. My French toast was cold, the clue should have been the butter never melted and my husband's breakfast was burned.

Service was horrible my friend was upset no one cane to our table for like 30 minutes he had to tell two people to get someone to serve us

Usually a good breakfast restaurant—not in Alamogordo! Did not receive the omelet I ordered—and eggs over easy were “over hard” with “lace” around the edges—who is cooking?????two little boys ran over seating for the entire time we tried to eat, yelling and screaming while their mom paid no attention, chatting with her friend. She should have taken them to the park—not IHOP. WHO is the manager??????Womens’ restroom needed attention.

Went here for a breakfast with friends. All 4 of us ordered coffee and when it was brought out, two of the four mugs had bright red lip prints on them, our server brought two new cups and one of those also had red lip prints. Service was slow and our server had to be asked multiple times to bring to go boxes. In addition to this, the server didn't listen when we asked for all separate checks, she split it into two checks instead of four. Very poor performance in service and general hygiene of this place.
