I've had some bad service, but this was beyond bad! My server maybe said 3 words too me the whole time I was their. Didn't ask if I needed anything, looked mad the whole time, saw that I didn't eat anything because the food was terrible. Didn't bother to ask about it. Ordered country steak that was hard as a brick. Mashed potatoes were instant, how could I tell? They weren't even mixed together fully. I was tasting powder the one bite I took. Disgusting! The food was terrible! But the service was beyond terrible! I've had bad service, but this was unexplainable. My server said maybe 3 words to me the whole time I was their. She had a mean expression on her face the whole time, didn't check on me once. Walked by, I pushed my plate away virtually uneaten, didn't ask why or anything. I wish we could do zero stars. 1/2 hour wait for waitress. 20 minutes for her to bring drinks. 40 more minutes til food came. Half the food was wrong. Wasnt even half full of diners. My daughter called and asked me to door dash her an order. While waiting for my food I hear a man call my name. It was the door dasher with my daughter's food asking what the hold up was. What an amazing change. I was here 2 years ago and I walked out. Sat there 30 and they never took my order. I ate here again yesterday and today the who place was amazing. Justin and Roya were fantastic with their attitude and prompt service. I will not hesitate to stop here again whenever I'm pass this was. Fantastic improvement
