Trabajar en IHOP fue una experiencia terrible debido a la mala gestión, que creó un ambiente tóxico y poco profesional para todos. La falta de liderazgo adecuado provocó una alta rotación de empleados, con muchos dejando el lugar porque ya no soportaban la disfunción. Es una lástima, y espero que otros empiecen a darse cuenta de lo mala que es la gestión y reconozcan que este no es un buen lugar para trabajar. Te gritan y te faltan el respeto
IHOP is new to Patchogue. Believe it is getting a slow start. Food, service, and atmosphere were good. They should advertise better as the place was empty.
Brand new and well run. Excellent food.
