After being seated we waited and watched other guests being seated and served all around us. We walked out without ordering. We like IHOP, but will never visit this establishment again.

IHOP is new to Patchogue. Believe it is getting a slow start. Food, service, and atmosphere were good. They should advertise better as the place was empty.
Brand new and well run. Excellent food.
