My second visit to this location and again cold pancakes and poor service. It was also freezing inside.
I had a family outing at IHOP on a Sunday, and while the atmosphere was pleasant and the food was great, my experience was unfortunately ruined by what I overheard. I was seated near the kitchen entrance and could hear the manager loudly yelling at her staff, which made the whole meal uncomfortable. It was disturbing to witness the mistreatment of employees, especially since they all seemed visibly uncomfortable and afraid.
