IHOP has really disappointed me, I remember the good old days when I looked forward to having breakfast there. The service is super slow, even though when we arrived there were maybe 3 or 4 families, not even 25% full. The server was nice enough when taking the order, after that she dissappeared, the coffee was cold and tasteless, after almost an hour the food came and I got hard boiled eggs Benedict, like really? Last Saturday I was helped by the server Denise. I highly recommend her as your server. She gets things done, always make sure we’re comfortable and she lets us know ahead of time if things get a little chaotic.

Don't bother placing an online order with them unless you want to wait over an hr and still not have it ready. My experience: Placed an online order with two meals. Website said it would be ready by 10:25am. Went there at the scheduled pick-up time to be told that it wasn't ready. Came back at 10:55am. Hostess didn't know who was next in line and was helping customers that came after me. I waited patiently for even an acknowledgement. None was given. Overall, I had a really good experience with the cook Devine, and saw how much of a great worker she was. However, my opinion of the higher staff, such as a manager, had changed for the worse as I seen them yell at her and told her to shut up numerous times and was being quite rude for what appeared to be no reason. Whoever her manager is, needs to either do some respect training or learn that respect is a two-way street off the clock because they might start losing really good servers/workers as she (Devine) was the only on... read more
