Careless service September 9 2026
Great service!! Alexis is the best and so sweet!
My husband was in yesterday and today. The food was good lastnight and the serve was terrible. Then today he had Destiny and asked if they could turn on the TV and she said no really you want tip but your customer service suck and your cook tonight is very cheap with the French fries really for what people pay for meals. Wow Ihop you need to have way better service and servers
My family and I just had a great time eating here at the IHOP in Santa Nella TA stop. The environment was peaceful after a long race weekend and long half way travel home. The Server we had was named Homer, and he was very friendly, and made the best drink and food suggestions. The food was absolutely delicious. My family and I can’t wait to come back.
