Food: slightly below mid. Service: absolutely terrible. Front host was throwing stuff around??? We got seated and two servers were confused on who was helping us. The server we got was rushing us the whole time and we asked for extra sausage (we were fine with being charged for it) and they said we couldn’t do that only could have what comes with a meal. Strangest IHOP I’ve been to that’s for sure
Carry out order, waited for 15 minutes and another person was waiting an hour he said. Come to find out our food bags were sitting on the counter behind the register, for pick up all this time, even though the girl at front had asked our names and checked the two bags said our orders aren’t ready yet! The manager came out and gave us both the bags sitting on the counter that had our names on them! The other gentleman told the manager he’s been waiting an hour. She did apologized. We both left with our cold food.
Our server Salem did not do a good job she didn’t check up on us and saw we needed drinks and didn’t ask us if we needed any more drinks we were not pleased with her service
Would not come to front to seat us. Lots of staff standing around.
