Went here two Saturdays ago and service was terrible. Took 20 minutes after being seated to have anyone take my order or ask about drinks. Multiple staff walked by and no one helped. Food was slow to come out. Ordered door dash from here yesterday and it was terrible. There were eggshells in my food.Â
We requested to sit at an empty booth along the wall because I have sensory issues. The hostess said that she couldn’t sit me there because the server wouldn’t be available. After some deliberating she sat us at a dirty booth and did not clean it. Within 5 minutes, she had sat a couple at the booth we requested. No one ever came to our table. We left. Hiring rude staff to deal with customers is a great way to go out of business. I will not be back.Â
The steak was chewy and grey when I ordered a medium. It had no flavor. The hashbrowns were undercooked The place seemed busy and the poor waitress was rushing around and said that they were not seating new people because of lack of staff today. No manager around to talk to guests who's food didnt come for over an hour. For a corporation, a manager or stand in manager filling should ALWAYS be in house. Food was sub par.
