We arrived around 6:40 am, barely anyone around so it was quiet. The food was fresh and exactly what we ordered. The waitress was friendly and checked on us from time to time. All liquids were topped off half way through our meals and towards the end she asked if we wanted refills. Great experience and this location.

Food is mediocre been to a few ihops this is a clean and good one. I would save my time and go to The Big Biscuit in Olathe instead. Better quality food. When we tried to pay a worker just walked away and said she will go grab our server do us. I’m not sure why? We waited 5 min with some other guests and behind me was two girls just standing waiting for guests to come in to sit them down. They were giggling and laughing and saw there was a line that needs to pay their bills. I finally went to call one of those girls to come ... read more

Do not order carry out or "To Go" from this store! Today was the third To Go order that was wrong for me. Ordered the family pack of cheeseburger meal and added bacon. When I got home I realized they charged me for the bacon but did not provide it. (Second time add ons were missing) When I called them and asked if they could refund the add on to my card they said they couldn't. They were sure able to charge it for the food though. They were not busy, there were more people working than patrons in the restaurant. Do better.
