Do not order carry out or "To Go" from this store! Today was the third To Go order that was wrong for me. Ordered the family pack of cheeseburger meal and added bacon. When I got home I realized they charged me for the bacon but did not provide it. (Second time add ons were missing) When I called them and asked if they could refund the add on to my card they said they couldn't. They were sure able to charge it for the food though. They were not busy, there were more people working than patrons in the restaurant. Do better.
Love IHOP. Appreciate them being open on Thanksgiving so I could have breakfast with my daughter. Marfa is my go-to server there. She is so friendly. She knows me and my daughter, as we have been going here since my daughter was little. 4/5/26 I appreciate you guys being open on a commonly celebrated holiday. I would say the staff, about 3-4 in particular, could use some additional training about how to monitor their own noise levels. Yes, they are open 24 hours although it may not look like it from the outside. The chicken fajita omelet is the best breakfast I've had in a long time. Super friendly wait staff
