Seated relatively quickly but then forgotten about. 20 minutes pass, wasn't busy, seated closer to the kitchen than others, and yet we were never asked what we wanted to drink, eat, no check-in, no warning of a long wait ahead of time. So we left. Very poor service if any.
Wait staff was nice and food was good this time but this place has been going down hill for a while as far service and atmosphere goes. Surprised they're still open. Very disorganized, people walking off the job cause you could hear staff loudly talking about it, way too much chatter, clamour and carousing coming from the kitchen. And. They were out of ice, salsa for my tacos and no bananas for their new bananas foster dish. C'mon!
Just left there and did not give a tip just because our waitress said they didn’t have any salsa…but as we was leaving another waitress said out loud that we had salsa and gave it to a customer that picked up there order…I love salsa on my omelette but just knowing that they had salsa was really hurtful…I also love giving tips out but that one thing I couldn’t get over…
Why are you using plastic take out fork and knives for silverware? Big question for the management. Why are the blueberries served cold on the pancakes ? Server told us that the way they come just like the picture in the menu. Using servers information, do customers have to ask if all meals are served cold or hit before ordering?
