Save money.. eat at IHOP
Gets super busy in the summer, but open late(24 hours?) and they have crepes! Avoid at normal breakfast hours unless you like screaming kids and standing around with strangers.
Ouch. No bueno. Head to Paul Bunyon's across the street. This IHOP is bad, and this is coming from someone who LOVES IHOP.
The service has really improved in the last few years. Irina was especially great!

Server was slow. Didn't have silverware on the table. Bathrooms get crazy crowded
Chicken florentine crepes, with a side of red velvet pancakes for all the red velvet cake lovers!!!
