entered restaurant at 935 (they close at 10) was told the grill was already ‘shut down’ and we couldn’t get any food at all. took server 15 min to bring drinks and she had no awareness of the time. other guests were also refused service well before their stated close time.
waiter bring the wrong dish, and she got mad cause i didn't wanted to take the dish and asked to please make what i ordered. and on top of that she overcharged me for pancakes and I had to ask about the overcharged pancakes and she took it out of the check.
What is this? They forgot half my order and my crate came shredded. And they won't answer the phone. Not cool, ihop.
