The workers like to stand there when the building is clearly open but then stand there dumbfoundead while the door is locked shrugging their shoulders at you
5 stars because under staffed. Hostess made announcement to deter 18 cust in lobby most of us waited 5 left. Mgr took our order, very pleasant apologized for the short staff. Service wise not his fault falls on cook, mgr took order correctly cooked didn't prepare correctly. Gal that seated didn't offer water/coffee due to the wait. Again pressure fell on young AA mgr.
