Ok! I am so over IHOP on Atlantic Blvd., Jacksonville, Fl.! This morning was my third visit to the restaurant with the same experience. I'm sitting at the table, mouth watering for IHOP pancakes, I pour the syrup and DIRTY LOOKING WATER, MIXED WITH SYRUP drops onto my food! I called the manager over to describe my third bad experience with the syrup container and he proceeded to tell me that he thinks the containers are run under water and that's how the water gets in. Slow service. I had to ask for our food because we've been waiting for an hour. After I asked, lo and behold! The food magically showed up. They were sitting in the kitchen getting cold while the wait staff were shooting the breeze in there. Our food were missing some ingredients (sour cream and salsa) and we had to ask for them. I mean, really? We love IHOP but last Sunday will be our last in that location.
