It’s a chain that I love so obviously the food I don’t have a problem with but if you say you are open until 1am then WHY IS A SYSCO TRUCK TAKING UP THE DRIVE-THROUGH and you aren’t taking anymore orders at 12:30am nor even acknowledge the multiple other customers waiting there wondering why the lights and signs are on but no employees are opening the drive up window? Common man with so many businesses going under don’t just give up on human decency or people won’t want to come back. Simple fix.
I will never come back to this IHOP. People are walking out. Tables have been sitting without any type of service, drinks or anything. I've been waiting for my order since 1013. And here it is 1045. The manger is rude. The servers look like they barely know what they are doing.
What a wonderful experience. Stand at the host stand for 5 minutes while workers look in our direction multiple times without acknowledging us. After about 5 minutes they finally say that they’re only doing to go orders because they’re waiting on second shift to get there. Obviously they’re there to work, but didn’t care to actually work other than rolling the silverware and being on their phones.
Split Decision I enjoy coming to the ihop on Friday evenings. But tonight I got my heart broken. I love the split Decision. You get a little of everything and I always look forward to the French toast. Sadly when I bit into it I noticed something was wrong, I had to.pull something put of my mouth. At first I thought it was egg shell, actually turned my stomach. I no longer had an appetite. After closer inspection I realized it was the plastic square that you use to secure a loaf of bread.
