Mainly just giving a one star review because they don’t do dine-in service at 7pm. That’s insane. I get not doing it after 10pm, but I seriously can’t come here for dinner at 7pm?
The wait is terrible. I stood by the To-go podium for 10 minutes and had a server walk by several times just staring at me. Someone else asked if I had ben helped and I said no, "I just need to place a to-go order". She calls someone else to grab my order, and it's the same server that was ignoring me. I told her it was a tax exempt purchase and she took my order. She comes back with the check and I was charged tax. I told her again it's tax exempt and she said it's on there. Came in for lunch and Chasity was are server she was funny with good energy and good spirit
