We walked in with a group of five and waited for about 10 minutes in a completely empty store. We were never seated or even greeted. We were completely ignored.
We went in for free pancake day, there were 2 or 3 servers on the floor and maybe 15 active tables including me and my friend. The lady that was supposed to be our server passed our table multiple times and wouldn’t even say hi, or make eye contact and neither did any of the other servers. We sat there for about 15 minutes, not even half of the restaurant was full. There was literally a table right next to us who had problems with this server and she just kept passing us lol.
