plenty of seating but short staff
Slow Monday morning. Barely any customers in the place. The wait to sit down was about 10 minutes. Again barely any people in the place. No one up front. One of the waitress kept saying she was overwhelmed. My daughter and I both have Gluten Allergies and specifically chose IHop for their gluten friendly pancakes. When we order, we were told they were out of gluten friendly pancakes. It took about 40 minutes for our food. And when it arrived, it was wrong!! I
Our server was nice. The food was good. It was conveniently connected to our hotel.
Had hair in the food, had to wait 15 minutes for my kids to get their food after we got ours yet we ordered at the same time, my husband had to ask for a manager for us to even get a discount on it, food was burnt and gravy was very runny, definitely don't recommend
