The servers seemed more concerned about their phones. The place seemed forced into being a IHop and the food could have been made better by my 14yr old niece…the pancakes were soggy
The service and food were good, but the waitress added an 18% tip to our bill without our permission. Pay attention to your receipts so they don't overcharge you.
As my friend and I were walking in yesterday evening , there was a dark man yelling at a young lady. I did not appreciate this at all. Women should feel safe when coming to work. As a customer this experience was not welcoming at all. In the end she provided amazing service and kept our area nice and neat.
Our waitress was inviting and prompt with our order. Thank you Sandy!
