Service used to be great at this place. We came to this store when it first opened up. Moved away. Came tonight with my kids, what a disappointment. Waiter brought drinks them disappeared. After a long wait my kids asked if this place was self serve. I got up to go find server Place wasn't busy 830pm. I found them at the kitchen pass theu window, I stood behind them for about 30 seconds, he didnt turn, he was playing a video game on his phone. Joanne was fantastic both times she has served me. I definitely want her as my server whenever possible. The cheesecake pancakes are insane❤️🔥❤️🔥
We didn’t appreciate the service here and left to another IHOP location that was much friendlier.
