The majority of the servers were hiding in the back rendering front end service to be horrible.
For very 1st time I came to this location and there was this girl name I believe they called her Tiffany so rude and wired she saw me I was waiting she ignored me and she let the person behind me because she knew them and after we set she took care of all her table except us. She should be working with this wired behavior but the good thing I got better servant after.
Food and server were great! Very accommodating and friendly.
Today August 19,2025 I had the worst experience at this ihop. Upon arrival I was seated in a location next to the bathroom when asked if I could sit somewhere I was told “NO”. The waitress NEVER came over after 45 minutes of waiting. Then I was asked if my waitress is coming over I was ignore. After 10 more minutes I watched customers being seated and order takes. I just gather my family and walked out. The customer service is horrible
