For this IHOP is very convenient very clean and has excellent Waite staff! The food was delicious as usual and dessert was a milkshake To die for. The only problem we ran into was the sun coming through the shade was blinding my mother, so it took about half an hour for that to stop. Other than that, I always love coming here when I visit from out of town.

I always come to this IHOP (Santee) and enjoy everything about the experience, but today was a “sad”exception. The food, which we waited 35 minutes for, was cold. The omelettes looked like they had just been thrown on the plate! It seemed the eggs were cooked on a dirty pan or something because there were black edges on the omelette. The coffee, despite me asking for fresh coffee, tasted horrible, and please clean your restaurant!

First-time coming to this place IHOP location on Santee. We got there at 11:34am. Waited for a seat it was 11:52am. I seen chaos going on. Finally they called us and seated us to a booth that I told the hostess can you assign us to another table. She (short Mexican lady with dark brown hair, curly hair wearing glasses) said this is what I have for now. It was tight around my stomach. I had to sit up straight in order to fit.
