First of all, thank the good lord for Anna. Wow. She was incredible this morning. We ended up waiting 55 minutes for our food but it was an issue with the kitchen. Anna kept the coffee full and brought my son snacks. Apparently the manager, who came in while we were waiting is a mess. We could hear her in the back yelling at people because there was no cut fruit and the kitchen was slow. this was a very terrible experience i walked in at 11 and ordered my food i ordered dubai pancakes and the mushroom spinach eggs and the dulce de leche coffee the coffee was terrible it tasted like water and ice only had no sweetness had no coffee taste to it and he brought my pancakes sour and it tasted like he made them yesterday they were very terrible tasting and I walked out at 12:00 p.m. because my food wasn't even ready that's very terrible service very terrible food and the amount of time that I waited I waited for 1... read more
Neiby was really kind and friendly. Excelent service and the food was good.
My purchases have always been from their iHoppy Hour menu or, now, their Value Menu, and said prices are certainly reasonable and the food very good. Unfortunately, not only does the regular menu lack much vegetarian choice, but the value menu prohibits substituting anything for meat, effectively giving me 2 value menu options if I have the meat removed and get nothing in its place. I get no discount for their being able to keep their meat.
My wife and I went randomly and Ana C was our waitress. She was absolutely amazing, super nice, attentive, and made me feel at home!
