Food was Classic diner style breakfast. No complaints. But our service was really great and attentive! Really peaceful atmosphere in the evening.
TERRIBLE customer service! We walked in & nobody was at the front to seat us. So we waited for a bit then the lady finally came out & seated us. She seated us at a dirty booth the floor was filthy & the bench seat as well. We had to ask her to clean the floor so I could put my feet down. We never got asked if we wanted any drinks or anything.They were not busy AT ALL! We sat there for a good 15 minutes. Nobody helped us! After being told repeatedly, they’d be right with us? So we finally walked out! We will never return!
waited 1/2 hr for water after being seated, no other drinks offered until food order @ 45min. several orders at table were brought wrong or missing (kids finally got their apple juice at 1h15min).. pretty poor service, even if short staffed on a Monday morning with only a couple other tables seated
I have been a regular at this location for years, coming in multiple days a week and ordering the exact same dish every single time. Because I know my dish so well, I immediately noticed when you guys changed the whipped cream from a real, milk-based creamy whipped cream to what I'm guessing is some cheap, oil-based alternative. It never dissolves, stays stiff on hot pancakes forever, and tastes absolutely terrible and artificial.
