Good people behind a clean, well-run place.
Worst Ihop I've been too. Took the waiter 25min to even acknowledge me standing at the door to even be seated. Took me literally looking at him and asking if he was going to keep ignoring me to even ask why I was here. After finally receiving my mobile order they had no silverware. No syrup, no condiments. Terrible server should be fired
Update 5/28/25 - Still going here regularly. German is amazing, knows most of our drinks and regular orders. We have a 7mo & 2 yr old, as well as a Sr. who has some dementia with us. He's always patient, helpful and kind with all our chaos. We've had other servers a time or two - and while I don't know their names by heart, they've also been very patient and kind.
