I’m not sure what they have going on here. I’ve been here as customer on the later night tip and they told me they didn’t have half the things I ordered but it was really nobody wanted to make it. I later found out the manager wasn’t here and they were just doing what they wanted. I’m here for a DoorDash order this morning. It’s genuinely too early to be dealing with drama. I had an amazing experience with my server, Lay! She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of from the moment we sat down. She checked on us throughout the meal, had a great attitude, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell Lay genuinely cares about her customers and providing great service. She definitely made our IHOP experience better, and I would be happy to have her as my server again!
