Average IHOP. Food was warm and tasty. Coffee was hot and plentiful. Went in during a week day morning and only had one server and no hostess. With the few people there the poor waiter was running himself ragged. He did his best but 3 starts for service is in the management not the poor server he was doing his best!
Pretty good overall experience.
Not as good as it used to be. Gravy was way too watery. A little slow.
