I had a great experience at IHOP thanks to our waiter, David. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable. He clearly explained menu options, answered our questions patiently, and made sure our order was exactly right. David was also very attentive throughout our meal. He checked in and kept our drinks refilled. It’s clear he truly cares about providing great service. Thank you, David, for making our visit so enjoyable!
Worst service ever. I have managed restaurants and for a long time and never heard of a restaurant say we have no manager, 055, or RP on site. I received attitude and cold food. I felt ignored and when I asked for a different drink because mine tasted funny I was told to stir the drink first which I had already done. I will not eat here and will tell all that I know of my experience. I hope the rest of the staff is better. I even called 2 hours later to talk to a manager and that same server said they have no manager on site... read more
This is favorite IHOP location. The staff were attentive and the food was very good! Compared to other IHOPs I didn't have to wait long to be seated and received my food hot and quickly.
Visited this location yesterday…service was wonderful, food tasty, clean enviroment. ☺️
