Unbelievably slow service and refusal for a refund waited over 2 hours for 1 meal. I try and be understanding but come on.
My toddler and I went here for breakfast when it wasn't too busy. The waiter got a couple of things wrong on our order, but he apologized for it. The shredded cheese on my omelet was barely melted. He checked up on us once, which was nice. When we finished our food, we sat there for over 10 minutes waiting for the bill, and I had to get him. He asked how the food was, and I replied, "all right." He then informed me that he cooked it. This IHOP may have been short-staffed this particular day.
Poor service Not great food Under-welming
quick service, alot of language translation issues but very nice to fix the mistakes. our sausage definitely got forgot until we were almost done and I asked about it again, came quickly but was definitely an after though and forgot originally.
